Submitting to the Search Engines
On completing the site I will submit
each page of the site to the major search engines - Altavista,
Lycos, Hotbot, Msn, Webcrawler,Fast, All the Web, Google, Direct
Hit, Overture, Magellan, AOL, Infoseek and the Go network. It
will also have been been submitted the open directory,ask jeeves
and a number of smaller search engines and british directories.
It is important to continue to submit
each page of your site to each major search engines each month.
You can do this yourself or I will do it for your.
The cost is per 6 months is £7.50
Site Promotion
This must go with your budget. Again
I can do as little or as much as you want. If you want your site
to be found using the search engines it is important to do some.
Site promotion can consist of writing and updating doorway pages
to plug gaps.
A doorway page is written for one main phrase eg devon holiday
cottage - and is aimed at one major search engine. It is however
submitted to all as it may well have some other surprising results.
The more pages you have the more chance of being found.
There are directories you can pay to
go on - Yahoo, UKplus, Looksmart.
There are also pay per click search
engines such as overture and espotting and paid adverts on google,
all of which I can manage for you once you have set a budget.
Traffic Analysis
Traffic analysis can be set up on your site enabling you to see
where your site traffic comes from. - which search engines - phrases
used - which links (very important if you are paying for links)
Cost £10 per six months( for up to 10000 hits)
